It’s important to factor in progression in your exercise program. In the story of Milo, he started as a little boy lifting a small calf and progressed to carrying a full size bull due to small, steady progression over time.
You may not want to carry a bull , but it might help you progress from basic body weight exercises to lifting some weights.
In the real world this might translate as being able to get a box down from the top of the wardrobe 🤷♀️
