As a women already running my own business here were my biggest takeaways from the ShelbySapp mastermind:

1. If everybody likes you, you’re doing it wrong (judgment is a sign you’re on the right path)
2. Markets can’t pay for what they can’t see (no matter how good you and your product are)
3. Manifestation ≠ Manifest action (wishing on the stars isn’t enough, you also have to put in the work)
4. Confidence comes from competence (start with small wins)
5. If you feel ready- you’re already late (WILL DIE ON THIS HILL)
6. Hire character; train skill (one is worth your time to teach and the other is not)

HOMEWORK: Read Dianetics by L Ron Hubbard (has helped Grant and Elena Cardone build their empire- master your mind, master your life)
