We have so far donated the funds raised to 3 different charities associated with helping victims of the terrible events seen in Sri Lanka over the weekend.

Sri Lanka College of Paediatricians - 51,050LKR - £124.50

Kandy Muslim Association - UK - £125

We will keep helping other charities in need as more funds are raised.

If Carlsberg did cricket teams 🏏 🍺 ☀️ 🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

The experience and knowhow of were too strong for a young team as Siri Sports cruised to a comfortable 8 wicket win in their annual encounter. 🏆 ✌️

(3 for 26) did the early damage, ably assisted by Afzal, who was miserly with his own spell with little luck.
and .weerasinghe were impressive with their spin with 2 wickets apiece.

Purley ended up with a modest 121 all-out.

In response, skipper continued his imperious current form by treating the spectators to some trademark drives. His unexpected demise, though, set the stage for to take centre stage. Yankee unleashed some fury on the Purley spinners to hasten Siri Sports to a comfortable victory. Yankee retired on 51, and Siri Sports cantered to victory by 8 wickets.

Happy Birthday Siri Sports! It's been 15 years since the boys first took to the field as a team for the very first time against our oldest rivals 🏏 ❤️ 🌞

Little did we imagine at the time that 15 years later, we would have had 40+ players play for the club, go on cricket tours to Amsterdam, Malta with a La Manga tour a few months away, and a final at the Kia Oval to boot! 🏆 ✈️

As we bid goodbye to 2024, we look back on an exciting season where the boys won 2 out of the 3 games and capped it all off by winning the Six-a-side tournament held in September 🏆 🥳

The end of year dinner at was another highlight, where the boys and their families enjoyed a night of Sri Lankan cuisine and music, with setting the evening alight with a fantastic captains speech! 💬 🎤 👏 🇱🇰

As we look forward to an exciting 2025, here's wishing everyone a fabulous year! 🍾 ❤️

Not the results we were hoping for as the boys kicked off the 2024 season with a loss against a very strong side 🏏💔

With the head-to-head all square at 4-4, we are already looking forward to our 2025 fixture with our old friend at 🙏🏽

Despite the result, the boys had a great day catching up with some Sri Lankan food after the game.
