Good morning from a very hot Mykonos , regarding SPOND could I ask all members who’ve not responded or declined tonight’s club run to take a few seconds to do so please?
We need to avoid situations like last week where so few members had said they were attending that the session almost didn’t happen.
As venues and formats will be more varied over the Summer it’s a big help with planning if your committee have some idea of numbers attending, thanks Keith

A very well deserved congratulations & huge well done goes to Dumfries Harriers Richard H***e who completed the Ultra Challenge North Yorkshire Ultra 100km Challenge this weekend in a time of 22:12:37, yes that is a whopping 22hrs! 😲 Amazing achievement & enjoy the recovery food & drink!
