Similar to Kinesiology can Yoga help children manage their anxiety. The breathing exercises and relaxation techniques can help children with stress management. Teaching children how to reduce stress in a healthy way is an important life skill that will help them as children and as adults.
It builds up a stronger connection towards your own body and your emotions which will be helpful in so many ways. Starting with yoga in an early stage of life can also bring wonderful benefits for any challenge in our future.

Kinesiology supports children in their emotional development, in discovering new skills and in finding inner peace. Simple and playful movements release learning blocks, increase the ability to concentrate and help children to develop their talents.
Through fun and exercise, children are balanced (more), more self-confident and are allowed to be children again!

Hi, I am Jil.
I work in Mallorca as a yoga and kids yoga teacher. My personal yoga education and meditation practise has enabled me to find inner peace and self-love. This has further strengthened my firm belief and faith to trust the process.
Before I decided to pass on the philosophy of yoga, I studied the topic of meditation and to what extent this has a positive influence on the growth of children. I am looking forward sharing beautiful tools to your little ones and help to deal better with their emotions.

We are Kiyo & Medi.
The Word Kiyo derives from Kinesiology and Yoga. In our classes we will focus on combining these two. Medi comes from the word meditation, we will explain and let the children feel the importance of a quiet and still mind.
We created a safe and peaceful space for children and teens to provide them with techniques to deal better with stress, build up a self trust towards their own body and make new friends.

My enthusiasm for sport and exercise led to the fact that I turned my passion into my job early on. As a personal trainer and kinesiologist, I know how important conscious physical activity is not only physically but also mentally.
It is a matter close to my heart to pass this knowledge on to “our little ones” and to accompany them in a carefree and healthier life. In addition to the many benefits of targeted movements, such as increased self-confidence and greater productivity, there is also a balance to today's everyday life, which is already very stressful for children.
