Angela has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and offers deeply nurturing Yin Yoga classes that invite you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with inner stillness. With her calm and grounded presence, she gently guides you into deep relaxation, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner balance.

Longer holds, mindful breathing, and gentle awareness to feel more by doing less.
