October is here, and our regular schedule continues with another week of yoga, movement and practice together.

✨ SOUND HEALING TRAINING

The Art of Attunement with Danielle Goldfarb
17–18 October | Earth Yoga Santa Catalina

There are still spaces available for this two-day  training exploring the foundations of sound healing through listening, receiving and hands-on practice with gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and other vibrational instruments.

No previous musical or sound healing experience is necessary — just curiosity and a desire to explore.

☀️🌙 Equinox Practice | Sun & Moon

As we move towards the Equinox, we invite you to join Anny & Zoe for a special evening practice exploring the balance of solar and lunar energies within.

They will weave together the ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga, moving through Surya & Chandra Namaskar, exploring the subtle harmony of Ida, Pingala & Sushumna, before flowing into a deeply grounding Yin Yoga practice.

The evening will close with a Crystal & Tibetan singing bowl sound healing, creating space to soften and to return to stillness.
