Under the arches of Plaza Mayor, one of Palma's main town squares, is a great place for an early morning workout on a slightly damp day like today. 10 minutes of sprints and squat jumps outside followed by a combination of planks and pushups back at home.

On a dry day, I will add in some stair runs!
