At 18 years old I was a long distance runner
& when I wasn’t running I walked around in high heels everyday. 👠 Keeping myself thin & having a big “gap” between my thighs was very important. At 20 years old I realized I wanted to build strong, stable legs that was going to carry me for the rest of my life.👟 I pushed myself hard in the gym & progress started to show little by little until a “little” became a lot!💎🙏🏽
