Дорогие друзья!
К сожалению, сообщаю вам, что из-за непредвиденных обстоятельств Danila Sailing Team вынуждена прекратить свое существование. Этот проект подарил нам много незабываемых минут, захватывающих впечатлений и много новых друзей.
Спасибо вам всем, что были с нами! Спасибо нашему шкиперу, Дмитрию Конратьеву, который сумел сделать невозможное и провел нашу команду через такие удивительные и классные регаты, как 151miglia, yachting_RUS_CUP, Round the Island Race и кубок Короля Испании Copa del Rey.
Мы уверены, что его ждут немалые успехи в самом ближайшем времени!
Мы надеемся, что в будущем еще увидимся с вами в море!

Dear friends!
Unfortunately, I should inform you that due to
unexpected circumstances Danila Sailing Team has ceased to exist. This project has given us a lot of unforgettable moments, exciting experiences and many new friends.
Thanks to our skipper, Dmitry Konratiev who had managed to do the impossible and led our team through amazing and great sailing races, such as 151miglia, yachting_RUS_CUP, Round the Island Race and the Cup of the King of Spain- the Copa del Rey.
We are confident that he will have a lot of success in the very near future!

Thank you all for being with us!
We hope that in the future we'll see you in the sea!
The sea is large, there is plenty of space for everyone in the sea:)

Southern sun, Palma de Mallorca, Copa del Rey 2012 will always stay in our hearts as this was the best sailing event we have ever participated in. Standings after the final race are 20 out of 21, but this is not as important as experience we've gained during these 3 weeks of preparation and racing. Danila Sailing Team faces

Here are the standings after the first racing day. Very tough race, lots of pro-racers and even world champions. Not easy to keep up with the fleet of 21 boats. пока наши ребята идут морем в Пальму (а им осталось всего ничего... и, уверен, им есть что нам рассказать..) - мы осматриваемся в Пальме. изучаем детские площадки, ищем овощные лавки и пекарни, и гуляем по яхт клубу. в городе о регате пока ничего. город ждет? все начнется в субботу. Copa del Rey.

Мы отгонялись, пришли в себя и готовы поделиться впечатлениями. Все живы/здоровы, ветровые условия были довольно серьезными, но несмотря на неполный состав команды (кто-то не смог, а кому-то отказали в визе), мы прошли всю дистанцию довольно неплохо. Под конец правда сходили не туда, пока разделывали геннакер при уборке, потеряли на этом мест 15, но глобально это погоды не сделало - теперь ученые, на своих ошибках...
Ну же, к цифрам, в группе из 109 финишировавших мы заняли 50 место, и 283 место из 457 в дивизионе IRC, опять же из тех кто финишировал и прошел все послегоночные процедуры. 87 яхт из нашей группы либо не стартовали, либо сошли с дистанции, либо не подали шкиперскую декларацию после финиша, либо их дисканули, вобщем кому интересны подробности, прошу на официальную страничку регаты:

We're in Cowes, Isle of Wight, the UK.
Less than 8 hours left before the start of the world famous Round the Island Race where 1 647 boats will sail 50-mile distance to the finish through 22-25 knots of SW wind and up to 3-4 meters high swell. We're in IRC 1 group, our boat is MINT JULEP, sail . You can follow the race (and our boat as well) starting from 7.00 (UK time) and 10.00 (Moscow time) using the GPS tracker link below.

Менее 8 часов осталось до старта всемирно известной Гонки Вокруг Острова, где 1 647 яхт пройдут 50-мильную дистанцию до финиша при ЮЗ ветре 22-25 узлов и волне порой до 3-4 метров. Мы в группе IRC 1, наша лодка называется Mint Julep, номера на парусе №GBR122L. Можно следить за гонкой (также как и за нашей лодкой) начиная с 7.00 утра по местному времени и с 10.00 по Московскому с помощью GPS тракера по ссылке ниже.
