To know what you want and act on it — that is Manipura.

🔥 Manipura — the third chakra — is an energy centre of your subtle body. It radiates through the abdomen, the digestive system, the liver and the adrenals. Its element is Fire. Its nature is direction, clarity and will.

When this centre flows freely, you know who you are and you act from that place.
You set boundaries without guilt.
You transform what no longer serves you.
You lead your own life — not from force, but from choice.

When it is blocked, the fire dims. Self-worth disappears. Decisions feel impossible. You wait for permission that never comes. You shrink.

When it burns too high, it consumes. Control, aggression, perfectionism, burnout — all signs of fire without wisdom.

✨ The practices are simple: breathe with intention, move with direction, chant RAM, sit with fire, and begin to notice every moment you choose rather than react.

In yoga, the posture is only one part of the practice.
What truly transforms you is awareness.

After every asana, we pause.
We observe.
We feel.

The subtle flow of energy through the body.
The emotions, sensations and states that begin to awaken inside.

Without awareness, yoga becomes only movement.
With awareness, it becomes a deep inner experience.

These moments of stillness after the practice are where you begin to understand your body, your energy, your chakras and yourself on a much deeper level.
This is where the real yoga starts.

Sometimes the most important part of the journey is the pause in between.

The moment when you stop, breathe deeply, relax your body… and allow yourself to simply be before moving forward again.

Yoga teaches us that rest is not wasting time.
It’s part of the flow.

Her body is not broken. It is protecting her.

When a woman does not feel emotionally safe in her relationship, her nervous system stays on guard.
And a body on guard cannot open. Cannot receive. Cannot desire.

This is not a libido problem. This is a safety problem.

Right now I am at a yoga camp with people from all over the world.
Every day, at the same hour, we sit together and meditate.
And something beautiful happens when many people do this at the same time.
Old patterns change. Heavy energies lift. And it goes beyond us – it touches everything around us.

Before you can fly, you must know that the ground will hold you.

Muladhara — the first chakra — is not in your physical body. It is an energy centre of your subtle body, radiating through your your spine, your bones. It is your foundation. The place from which everything else rises.

Its element is Earth. Its nature is stillness, density, and support.
When this centre is open and balanced, you feel safe in your own existence.

You trust that there is enough — enough resources, enough stability, enough ground beneath you. You are present in your body. You belong.

When it is blocked, life feels unstable. Chronic fear moves in. Financial anxiety becomes constant. The body feels disconnected, heavy, or exhausted. You survive, but you do not feel held.

This is not a personal failure. It is energy that has lost its anchor.

The practices are simple: breathe into your body, place your feet on the earth, chant LAM, move slowly and consciously. Let the ground remind you that you are already supported.

Your root is not behind you. It is what you stand on right now.

The water inside you never stopped flowing.
It was just waiting for you to listen.

Svadhisthana — the second chakra — is an energy centre of your subtle body. It governs the realm of pleasure, creativity, desire and emotion.

It radiates through the lower abdomen, the pelvis, the hips and the reproductive organs — but it belongs to a dimension deeper than the physical.

Its element is water.

When this centre flows freely, you create. You feel. You connect. You desire without shame. You move through life with grace and adaptability.

When it is blocked, life loses colour. Creativity dries up. Emotions become either numb or overwhelming.
This is not a character flaw. It is energy waiting to move.

The practices are simple: breathe consciously, move your body with no destination, immerse yourself in water, chant VAM, feel what you feel without rushing past it.

Your sacral centre is not a problem to fix. It is a power to reclaim.
