Wow what a week ♥️ So much connection.

First teacher training with Baby Palomi and it was beyond what I could have wished for. Team work makes the dream work. ✨

Grateful for an amazing group of participants, the absolute best chefs there are , Nadine .travelista for being an amazing co-facilitator, for offering intuitive dance and somatic Yin, for somatic yin and somatic movement, for cold water therapy, for Kirtan and my dear Emma for Blue lotus ceremony ✨ These YTTs are full of goodness!

It’s not to late for you to sign up for our feminine essence Yin YTT in November (15-22)

Day 17 of 28

Today I am posting to honor my strength! It’s something I often downplay and it’s time to change that.

Being single in the journey of motherhood and leading my first YTT again with my Baby, 9 weeks Postpartum. Wow, I am inspired by myself. ✨ And thankfully we have the most wonderful group and it’s so nourishing to share and connect. 💛

Day 15 / 28

It’s 5 am, I just fed my daughter and I think of the women and children in Gaza. What if I didn’t have milk because of malnutrition, what if I didn’t have formula because no aid was allowed in where I live, what if I was attacked on the daily because of a territorial conflict and the world was watching. Does god think we failed her as a human species once again? Why do we allow this to happen and give our power to people that are ill and don’t have genuine motives?
And so many are ignoring what is happening thinking “it’s far away”, but what if it could be you? And what if it is you already? We are a collective coming from the same source. Any pain brought upon some of us, is the pain of all of us or has life felt lightly lately?

Day 14/28 Happy Diwali ~ light wins over darkness ✨

20/10/2025

I missed yesterday‘s post, because my little queen had colic’s. 😢 So here comes Day 13/28. Thankfully I have an amazing team to work with. I guess people could call me a Jonny Controletti sometimes, a nicer expression of a control freak. 😂 Too much control is obviously a bit more on the shadow side and maybe that’s where I am bit, however yesterday it really paid off again. I spent a lot of time and energy finding the right people for our increasing team and for guaranteeing highest quality while I am postpartum and when people Palomi needed her Mummy yesterday in the afternoon, it was no problem at all because we were all set up for this and my beautiful co-facilitator .travelista could take over. Thankfully Palomi was very happy again today. ♥️
