The cookies are soft, chewy and packed with white chocolate goodness, the carrot cake muffins are absolutely delicious, and that freshly brewed coffee brings it all together perfectly. ☕️🍪🥕

Starting **Tuesday 1st September**, we’re delighted to be opening **7 days a week, from 10am until 4pm!** 🎉

Come along and enjoy all your favourites, with the **same delicious menu, homemade cakes, and of course, our much-loved café and all the delicious treats you’ve come to enjoy.** ☕🍰

Whether you’re joining us for a leisurely breakfast, a tasty lunch, coffee and cake, or simply a catch-up with friends, we’d love to see you!

Due to the **local holiday on Monday 10th** and **Saturday 15th being a red day**, we’ll be taking a little break and will be **closed on both days**.

**☕ A Well-Deserved Summer Break ☀️**

After an incredibly busy and successful season, **Blanca Bikes Café** will be taking a short summer break from **1st July to 1st August** to give our hardworking team some well-deserved time to rest and recharge.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of our customers. Your continued support, loyalty, and friendly faces have helped make Blanca Bikes the thriving and welcoming café it is today. We truly appreciate every coffee shared, every meal enjoyed, and every moment spent with us.

We are incredibly grateful for your support and can't wait to welcome you back when we reopen on **1st August**, refreshed and ready for another fantastic season.
