After Day One of the 2026/27 season, we mark the start of our fourth season here at Real Internacional.

It’s moments like these that allow us to take a step back and reflect on everything we have built, everything we continue to build, and the journey that lies ahead.

From a small idea to a growing football academy, our vision has continued to develop year after year. New players, new faces, new facilities and new opportunities, but the same ambition remains at the heart of everything we do.

Today marked the first official training session of the 2026/27 season at Real Internacional Academy and an important new chapter for the academy, as our players took to the pitch for the first time at our new home, Estadio Vivar Téllez.

With a number of new players joining the academy alongside our returning players, the session provided the first opportunity for the group to come together and begin preparations for what promises to be an exciting and demanding season.

Our focus remains firmly on player development, high standards and creating an environment where every player has the opportunity to progress both individually and as part of the team. The work begins from day one.

We are proud to welcome our new players and families to the 2026/27 season and look forward to everything that lies ahead!

We are proud to officially announce that Real Internacional has signed a partnership agreement with CF La Solana, a club competing in Tercera RFEF, the fifth tier of Spanish football.

This agreement represents another important step in the continued development of Real Internacional and our commitment to creating genuine, structured pathways for ambitious players to develop and progress within Spanish football.

CF La Solana is a club with a strong footballing identity and an important place within the Spanish football pyramid, and their facilities. We are delighted to establish a relationship that will allow both organisations to work together, share opportunities and explore new possibilities for player development and progression.

Our Founder, William Robinson, and Global Recruitment Director, Marcus Littlefield, were welcomed with open arms by the club during their visit. We would like to sincerely thank everyone at CF La Solana for their hospitality, professionalism and, most importantly, the confidence they have placed in our project.

For Real Internacional, partnerships such as this are about much more than putting two logos together. They are about building real football relationships that can create opportunities for players to take the next step in their careers.

With our international recruitment network continuing to grow, we are focused on connecting talented players from around the world with the right environments, coaches and clubs in Spain, while ensuring that every pathway is built around development, opportunity and long-term progression.

🇪🇸 OBITUARIO🕊️:

Hoy es un día muy triste para todos. Tenemos que despedir a Cristóbal Ocón, un joven veleño que nos ha dejado demasiado pronto, tras una enfermedad.

Aunque Cristóbal solo compartió muy poco con nosotros en nuestra Academia, fue tiempo suficiente para que pudiéramos conocerle, compartir momentos y guardarle un sincero y grato cariño.

Desde nuestra Academia Real Internacional, queremos trasladar nuestras más sentidas condolencias a su familia, amigos y seres queridos. En estos momentos tan dolorosos, queremos hacerles llegar todo nuestro afecto y acompañamiento.

Descansa en paz, Cristóbal. Te recordaremos con cariño. 🕊️

🇬🇧 OBITUARY 🕊️

Today is a very sad day for us all. We have to say goodbye to Cristóbal Ocón, a young man from Vélez-Málaga who left us far too soon after an illness.

Although Cristóbal only spent a short time working with our Academy, it was enough for us to get to know him, share special moments with him, and develop a sincere affection for him.

From everyone at Real Internacional Academy, we would like to extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones. During these incredibly difficult moments, we want them to know that our thoughts, affection, and support are with them.

Rest in peace, Cristóbal. You will be remembered with great affection. 🕊️

Real Internacional are excited to announce the latest addition to our Professional Development Academy Squad for the 2026/27 Season.

American goalkeeper Connor Knuettel joins our Academy ready to immerse himself in the Spanish game and continue his journey towards the professional level. Eager to challenge himself in a new environment, Connor will benefit from daily training, competitive matches, and an intensive development programme designed to maximise his potential.

Our staff are excited to work closely with Connor throughout the season as he continues to grow both on and off the pitch.

A versatile player capable of operating at left back or in the number six role, Collin is looking forward to continuing his development in a full-time professional environment.
