Congratulations to Jodi because as well as Luiz and Ela we now can ensure all the Pilates fans will never miss a class. Please let us know if anyone would like us to introduce an evening class for the people that work.

11.30 Tuesday- Chair Zumba...!! Join Ela for an action packed hi energy but low impact music fest on a Tuesday morning.

11.30 Wednesday is a slower paced low impact stretch and tone session. They are both included in our unlimited class packages or at a single cost of 7€.
