Every year, during their Ibiza holiday, Rhodri (dad) and Gethin (son) come together to train with us, and by now, it has become a real tradition. 💪🏼❤️

This is exactly what makes our box so special: not only do we have our amazing regular members who live on the island, but we also have our regular ‘drop-ins’ who come back year after year. People who have become almost part of our community, and who we are just as excited to see as they are to train with us. 🫶🏼

What an incredible morning! 🌊☀️

Training together with our feet in the sand, the sea as our gym, and under the command of our military coach, Thomas. 🫡💪 It was an absolute blast! We wrapped up the morning with breakfast together. There is simply no better way to start the day. 🏝️🥐

A huge thank you to Tess and the Cala Escondida team for welcoming us once again. A different location, but the same love, amazing energy, and unforgettable atmosphere. ❤️

🏆🏋🏼‍♂️ CROSSFIT QPO MEMBER COMPETITION 🏋🏼‍♂️🏆

Yesterday we spent the morning doing WODs, sweating, and supporting each other. With three divisions Novato, Intermedio, and RX and almost 40 athletes competing, it was great to see everyone giving their best effort.

For sure the highlights of the day was the support shown throughout the competition. Athletes were cheering each other on and creating a great atmosphere.♥️

We’re proud of everyone who stepped onto the competition floor and took on the challenge. Thank you to all of you athletes, judges, and supporters who helped make the event possible. 🫶🔥

✨ THE NATIONALS 2026 ✨

We are incredibly proud of our 12 QPO athletes who competed at the National Championship in the Netherlands 🇳🇱

The months leading up to this were filled with hard work and consistency, all fighting to qualify for this amazing live event. And now, seeing them out on the competition floor showing everything they’ve got was simply incredible.

The nerves, the unknown, the strategies, the highs and the frustrations… it’s all part of the game. And our athletes handled it like true champions.

We had an amazing support crew behind us every step of the way not just as a team, but also friends and family who stood by us all weekend, cheering until they lost their voices ❤️

As a coach and Athlete, a personal note, it’s inspiring to see everyone’s motivation and the way we support each other not just within our team, but towards other athletes as well. We are great competitors, but above all, great people. And for that, I feel truly grateful and proud.

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend unforgettable 🙏

At our “boutique” CrossFit box, classes are intentionally small so we can keep the quality of coaching and training high. 💪

But sometimes… more people show up than expected 😂

And honestly? We love it. No one is getting sent home! We just make it work. It might be a bit of a challenge, but that’s what CrossFit is all about: adapting, supporting each other, and getting the job done together.

This was one of those funny moments.
