Been trimming up a while done well tbh lost about 6/8 body fat in the last 6month, and still maintained my muscle so yeah I’m happy with myself ☺️

Always love to stretch first Iva before I go gym or in the gym, has to be done before a hard workout 🏋🏽‍♀️

I was on 4meals a day which was killing mi as I love food but now guess what guys back to 6-7 😝😂 chub chub Kiki coming back lol nah I’m joking still gonna eat clean take no notice of mi ☺️
