Rear delt is a small muscle that sits at the back of your shoulders.
"Not feeling it" often comes down to poor form.
This is where a lot of people go wrong by using excessive range of motion.
Here are some tips that will help you to execute this exercise better:
✅ Contract your shoulder blades
✅ Keep your shoulders and traps relaxed
✅ Keep your arms in line with shoulders
✅ Don't put too much weight on- correct form is more important than weight
✅ Keep it slow and controlled

Doing the same workouts, that gave you zero changes over and over again, expecting that this time they might work, is insane...
I used to do some influencer bu****it from IG until I learned better.
All I needed was the right guidance, understanding that nothing comes easy or fast and loads and loads of discipline.... motivation won't get you anywhere..you need to put in work you want it or not.....or you stay at the same spot forever...
