Welcome to September! Hope you had a most wonderful August ☺️

For the month of September, I am teaching in Sitges ONE day per week, to begin the return to routines and normal activities.

BEACHFRONT YOGA MOVEMENT.
At ME Hotel, Terramar.
Wednesday morning: 9.30 - 10.30am.

We will start next week ☺️ Wednesday 9th September.

This is a COME AS YOU PLEASE class, SLIDING SCALE - pay what you can between €10 to €20 on the day.

On Sunday 21.12.25. Bray yoga community. Experience a state of inner calm as you journey through this well guided, up-coming, 2 hour Yoga, Breath, & Movement workshop, in Bray.

A workshop that provides a safe and welcoming space for you to awaken your body-breath connections, while strengthening and toning the whole body. Using specific alignment based instructions; ignite energy, ground yourself into the present moment, and feel tensions drift away on every deep exhale.

With Niamh Condron, Certified Yoga teacher with YogaWorks, Los Angeles, holding a BA and MA in Dance. Currently based in Barcelona, lecturing BA students at the IAB Performing Arts Institution, and returning regularly to Ireland to deliver her 2 hour Yoga, Breath, & Movement workshops.

Details: 2 hour workshop. VINYASA FLOW YOGA BREATH & MOVEMENT. With Niamh Condron, YogaWorks Certified Yoga teacher, holding a BA & MA in Dance, and 25 years professional experience.

What you will learn? Find delight in your moving, breathing, stretching and toning. Building body, mind, and breath connections, that elevate your energy and uplift your soul ✨ Strengthening your entire body, from head to toes, with awareness and sensitivity. Increasing range of motion with acceptance and ease.
This is 2 hours of yoga bliss! ✨

Level: Open to all who wish to create positive Prana energy in the space around themselves and others. All levels, from beginner to advanced.
