“Repeats” 💥 start the workout with core stabilization in Tabata style then move on to a conditioning style workout. Goal: consistency. Keep it quick so you have ample time to recover before the next round 💥

“Full Body Tabata” 💪 4 Tabatas (1 upper, 1 lower, 1 cardio, & 1 core) 20 minutes total, but a full body burn 😜 tip: search “Tabata playlist” on Spotify for a tune + a timer in one ☝️

🥵“Core & Cardio”🥵 starting the workout off with 5 rounds of core work. Then jumping into a 10min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in 10 min). Pace the first couple rounds, recover on the jumping jacks. Goal: 6+ rounds 😉

🔥 "Pump & Burn" 🔥 Working on some strength of the lower and upper body first. Feel the pump in the 🍑 and 💪. Focus on quality movements and muscle-mind connection. Add any weight or object to increase intensity. Then end with a super quick but sweaty finisher to get the heart pumping 🔥3, 2, 1...go!
