The apartment is located in the area of Arrancapins, a historic neighborhood in the heart of the Valencia and just 1 minute walk from the AVE station of Joaquín Sorolla. It is a quiet neighborhood, but with a lot of vitality and with the great advantage of being able to reach the center in few minutes on foot, steps to restaurants and shops.

To make you feel cool and comfortable during the hot summer months the apartment disposes of two air-conditioners. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with 4 gas hobs and an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a bidet.

To make you feel at home, it is supplied with a big refrigerator and a freezer and a washing mashine.

There is a terrace furnished with a small table and chairs, where you could have your morning coffee or sip a glass of wine, enjoying the city view.

The WIFI is free and there is a flat-screen TV.

I and my wife, we are happy to welcome you in our apartment. It consists of 3 spacious rooms with great natural light. In two of them there are two single beds which could be arranged as a double bed. The last room has a king size bed. Along the corridor, you will find a practical kitchen with a small gallery with everything you need to make you feel at home. Also, you will find a complete bathroom with a large bathtub with everything necessary. Finally, you will find a spacious and bright living room with a terrace where you can share nice moments with your family, friends or as a couple.
