בעקבות שאלות שהופנו אלי בנושא עבודתי, שמחה לחדד: אני קואצ׳ית ומורה ליוגה, למעלה משני עשורים.
אני עובדת בשיטה המלכדת מתודות כמו NLP ו CBT, ועובדת עם היוגה כדרך ביטוי מושלמת להשיג נפש בריאה בגוף בריא. יוגה בבסיסה הינה תרפיוטית ומיינדסט הינו הנדבך המשלים את השינוי העמוק מבפנים.
השיעורים פרטיים (1-4 משתתפים), ומותאמים אישית. אני עובדת עם כל הגילאים ומסייעת בהתגברות על שינויים רדיקליים בחיים.
