Christmas has arrived at Embody Pilates HQ. Saturday night was spent making this wreath! I'm so proud of it.
With the lovely guidance from Kate and the essentials and some gorgeous moss and foliage donated by the .
I foraged my holly, conifers and laurel from Meanwood woods.
Ah Saturday's have changed a lot in the past few years. I had such a good time sat crafting and chatting with other women. The time flew.

I'm so grateful to those who have attended so far and looking forward to meeting the newbies tonight!

Remember your water bottles tomorrow and why not put them in the fridge tonight!
- Try to drink water before your normal morning drink
- Remember water doesn't have to be ice cold to keep you hydrated.
- Add some lemon, cucumber, or mint to make it more yummy 🥒🍋🤤
- Load up on fruit and veggies they contain lots of water too 🍉🍓🍊
