አዲስ አበባ፤ ጥቅምት 4/2018 (ኢዜአ)፡- የኢትዮጵያዊያን ትብብር በጉባ ሠማይ ስር ታላቁ የሕዳሴ ግድብንና ትውልድ ተሻጋሪውን የንጋት ሐይቅ ማብሰር ማስቻሉን የውሃና ኢነርጂ ሚኒስትር ኢንጂነር ሃብታሙ ኢተፋ (ዶ/ር) ገለጹ።

ታላቁ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዳሴ ግድብ - የንጋት ሐይቅ የረቂቅ ማስተር ፕላን ጥናት ማስጀመሪያ የምክክር መድረክ በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ በመካሄድ ላይ ይገኛል።

የውሃና ኢነርጂ ሚኒስትር ኢንጂነር ሃብታሙ ኢተፋ (ዶ/ር)፥ ለትውልድና ታሪክ የሚሻገር አሻራን ለማስቀመጥ አብሮና ተባብሮ መስራት መታደል ነው ብለዋል።

ኢትዮጵያውያን በተባበረ አቅማቸው ታላቁ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዳሴ ግድብን በጉባ ሰማይ ስር በመገንባት ከትውልድ ትውልድ የሚሸጋገር ትልቅ የልማት ሥራ ማሳካታቸውን ገልጸዋል።

የሕዳሴ ግድብ ስኬትም ዜጎች የኃይል አቅርቦት እንዲያገኙ እና የኃይል መቆራረጥን ለመቀነስ ቁልፍ ሚና እያበረከተ እንደሚገኝ ተናግረዋል።

የግድቡ ሰው ሰራሽ የሆነው ንጋት ሐይቅ የሚሸፍነው 240 ኪሎ ሜትር ርዝመትና ከ74 ቢሊዮን ሜትር ኪዩቢክ በላይ የውሃ መጠን ለኢትዮጵያዊያን ዘርፈ ብዙ ትሩፋት እንዳለው አስገንዝበዋል።

የንጋት ሐይቅን በተደራጀና ራሱን በቻለ ማስተር ፕላን ለመምራት የሚያስችል ዝግጅት እየተደረገ መሆኑን በማንሳት፥ ይህም ሐይቁ ተጠብቆ ከትውልድ ትውልድ እንዲሸጋገርና ዜጎች ከትሩፋቱ ተቋዳሽ እንዲሆኑ የሚያስችል ነው ብለዋል።

የሕዳሴ ግድብ - የንጋት ሐይቅ የረቂቅ ማስተር ፕላን በዓሳ ምርታማነት፣ በውሃ ዘላቂነት፣ በቱሪዝምና በአስተዳደር ውጤታማ ሥርዓት ለመዘርጋት እንደሚያስችል ገልጸዋል።

የኢትዮጵያ ፍላጎት ፍትሐዊ የጋራ ልማት ተጠቃሚነትን ማረጋገጥ መሆኑን ጠቁመው፥ የሕዳሴ ግድብ የጋራ ተጠቃሚነትን የሚያረጋግጥ መሆኑን አስረድተዋል።
