⚽️ The A.P.T World Cup Royale is HERE! 🏆

​Ready to gamify your fitness and ride the hype of the 2026 FIFA World Cup? We are bringing the ultimate hybrid sweepstake challenge to help you stay active while supporting your favourite teams.

​Here is how the A.P.T World Cup Royale works:

1️⃣ Players sign up at a reduced World Cup special price of €15. €5 goes into the prize money.

2️⃣ Players are randomly organised into teams using Ai, your team is assigned a World Cup country, like a traditional football sweepstake 🌍

3️⃣ Just like the real tournament, the game runs right alongside it. Eliminations happen at the same time as the knockout stages.

​🛡️ The Twist:

If your country advances to the next round, your entire squad gets immunity and is safe from elimination for that stage!

But if your country gets knocked out... you are pushed into the Danger Zone and all players of that team follow the normal elimination rules. To survive, you’ll need to hit your fitness targets and stay in the "Safe Zone" through sheer effort.

​💰 The Grand Prize:

The last teams standing fight for the ultimate cash bounty, BUT if your assigned country wins the actual World Cup, each player in your squad scores an automatic free entry into the next Battle Royale!

We are happy to announce that we will be piloting Apple Health integration into our next game.

Users will connect their device directly through the A.P.T Online app for automatic activity detection.

This will allow for more players to take part in the battle, resulting in a better game and a bigger cash prize! 🏆

Fitness & Fatherhood - Coming next month to A.P.T Online.

When I became a father I developed a greater respect and admiration for parents who continue to balance their health and fitness alongside parenting.

As someone who used to train 6 days a week, sleep when I wanted and meal prep without interruptions, having to adjust to fatherhood was a massive shock to the system. That little person instantly becomes your priority and your old schedule goes out the window. However, that does not mean you have to give up on yourself, it just means you have to adapt.

Fitness & Fatherhood is a community that will offer hacks, workouts, nutrition advice, guidance and support to all like minded parents that are struggling with this new (or old) way of life. Taking time out from your kids to work on yourself isn't selfish, it's a must! Having the mental and physical health to be present and support your family is the greatest gift you can give them. Remember, if the captain of the ship goes overboard, the whole crew will follow.

This is a free community starting next month and will be available to all A.P.T Online members.

In a tech driven society, that will soon be dominated by Ai, the increasing sense of isolation will have a big impact on mental health & wellness. Being part of a community will be more important than ever.

If Covid taught us anything, it is that human social interaction is a valuable centre point of our well-being.

That being said, we are delighted to announce the new 'Community' feature for A.P.T Online. A private social group to share information, ask questions & network with other members.

This is included with the online membership and is automatically built into the app, reducing the need for extra social media platforms.
