Do you need a space for your group or event? We have rented the space for yoga classes, dance groups and other events.

You can rent it: 1. per hour, 2. as a longer event package, 3. weekly regular classes.

In our studio space you can comfortably fit 15-20 people, depending on the nature of the event. In this venue is included 1-2 dressing rooms, a small kitchen area, and bathroom + shower. The studio space is around 80m2 + the other rooms, about 100m2 in total.

In the Ashtanga Yoga beginner’s course, we begin with a shorter sequence and gradually build understanding, breathing, rhythm, and independence step by step.

No previous experience is required to join, and if you're already a yoga teacher, this course can change the way you practice yoga.

You will receive:
• a clear introduction to Ashtanga Yoga
• learn a shorter sequence at your own pace
• personal guidance and support
• tools for building a regular practice

The goal is to understand the practice and make it your own. After the beginner’s course, you can continue practicing with us and develop a sustainable, lifelong practice.

ASHTANGA FOUNDATIONS
4-WEEK BEGINNER SERIES

This course is for you if you:
- are new to yoga
- want to return to the basics after a break
- feel like you’re mostly guessing your way through your practice
- would like more personal guidance
- never really got a clear introduction to the fundamentals
- often wonder: “am I doing this right?”

Many people who have practiced for a while notice that some parts still feel unclear—or that they’re just following along without really understanding why.

Here we go through the foundations calmly and clearly in a small group—giving you time to settle into both breath and movement.

You don’t need to be flexible or “in yoga shape” to start.
Anyone can begin, at any time.

I was very lucky to have students double my age when I started teaching yoga in my late 20:ies / early 30:ies. I quickly learned to adapt the practice for all types of persons, bodies and people of different age.

My favorite thing to deal with must be knee issues (which often is very little about the knees anyway).
