Researchers Struganov and Galimov based their scientific study on practical measurements of DC potential of runners during 8 years. They conclude that the most important task of training process is to objectivize a control for sportsman condition during training and competitive activity. The appearance of new hardware-diagnostic complexes in medicine gives possibility to conduct the operative control over adaptable changes of organism, to make evaluation of its reserve possibilities, to trace dynamics of adaptation processes to physical load and to control training process, anticipating a condition of overstrain and adaptation failure.

Performance results depend largely on the level of individual sport mastery. During the process of long-term preparation, the goal is for the athlete to achieve the highest level of sport mastery.
However, before they can accomplish this, athletes require a certain level of preparedness. Therefore, the main task of the training process is to create the conditions that allow the athlete to achieve the highest level of sport-specific preparedness.

Randy Huntington, the current head coach of Chinese Athletic association and the coach of Su Bingtian, has decades of experience in elite sports; Randy is also Omegawave's first US client.

The main complaint is of underperformance. Athletes will often ignore , heavy muscles, and until performance is chronically affected. Sleep disturbance occurs in over 90% of cases with difficulty in getting to sleep, nightmares, waking in the night, and waking unrefreshed. There may also be loss of appetite, weight loss, loss of competitive drive and libido, and increased emotional ability, anxiety, and irritability. The athlete may report a raised resting pulse rate and excessive sweating. Upper respiratory tract infections or other minor infections frequently recur every time an athlete tries to return to training when they have not fully recovered. This gives an apparent cycle of recurrent infection every few weeks (see the picture).
In order to prevent , the training load must therefore be individualised and reduced or increased, depending on the athleteâs response. The advice would be to taper and recover regularly throughout the season to enable regular of recovery. (Reference: Budgett R Fatigue and underperformance in athletes: the overtraining syndrome.
