We have created a diverse schedule designed to meet you where you are, whether you're looking to build strength, learn practical skills, or find a mindful way to de-stress.

For Functional Strength (FAST)
o Fighting Fit: This martial-inspired workout blends strength-building exercises with high-intensity intervals for powerful, whole-body conditioning.
For Real-World Skills (SAFE)
o Self-Defense for All Ages: Learn practical personal protection that goes beyond technique to include conflict awareness, communication strategies, and de-escalation skills.
For Youth & Family
o Youth Parkour & Street Movement: A fun and engaging class where young movers can safely build confidence, coordination, and creative problem-solving skills, forming part of our family-friendly approach to movement.
For Mind & Body Focus
o Chi Kung: Active Meditation: An ideal practice to counter the negative effects of a desk-based work life, using standing postures and movements to improve mental clarity and manage stress.
