After a very fun Open Doors Week, we’ve made a few adjustments — and this is how our regular weekly schedule is taking shape. 💛
Swipe through to see the classes and activities you can find at Abrazo Studio each week.
And this is only the regular programme: special workshops, events and other activities will continue to pop up along the way, so keep an eye on our updates and booking calendar to see what’s coming next.
To everyone who joined us during Open Doors Week: thank you for being part of our beginning. We hope to see many of you back at the studio. 💛

Having my little one here with me today, I found myself imagining what this room will look like very soon.
Mats on the floor. Babies crawling around, watching, sleeping, making noise. Mothers moving, stretching, talking, having a coffee, meeting someone new.
One of the things I wanted from Abrazo Studio was to create a place where becoming a mother doesn’t mean having to leave part of yourself at the door.
A place where you can come to move and take care of your body, but your baby is welcome to come exactly as they are.
Right now, seeing one little person in this still rather empty studio makes me imagine all the life that will soon be here.
And I think it will be very, very nice. 🤍

This studio may be new.
The mirrors are new.
The walls are freshly painted.
The keys have only just landed in my pocket.
But as I sat here this week, I found myself reading reviews written over the years by people who have shared the dance floor with us.
Different people.
Different moments.
Different words.
Yet the same ideas kept coming back.
“Sensitive and logical teaching.”
“The teaching method encourages self-expression and pair connection instead of predefined choreography.”
“The point is not perfection, but the joy of improving every time.”
Those words reminded me of something important.
Abrazo Studio isn’t simply a new place to teach tango.
It’s an opportunity to build a home for the values that have shaped my teaching all these years: connection, curiosity, thoughtful learning, respect, and the joy of sharing movement with others.
Those values will now live not only in tango, but also in Pilates, yoga, GYROKINESIS®, motherhood support, workshops, conversations, and the many people who will help bring this place to life.
The disciplines may be different.
The intention is the same.
To create a space where movement helps people connect—with themselves, with each other, and with their community.
To everyone who has been part of the journey so far: thank you.
I can’t wait to welcome both familiar and new faces through these doors. 💛
