CMAS has cancelled the 2013 European World Championships.

Past European Championships have been held every 4 years. in 2009 CMAS cancelled the Championships to the disappointment of many. Coaches had planned, athletes had trained, administrators had budgeted, only to have no competition. This arbitrary management damages the sport. Is changing years acceptable to you? Why or why not?
