The graduation ceremony was a proud moment to celebrate weeks of hard work, dedication, and the amazing teamwork that made it all happen.

Day 3 at the ISSF Competition Manager Course was all about technical precision.
We shifted our focus to Range Management and Equipment Control, breaking down the exact logistics required to run a flawless Finals event. Running real-time simulations right on the actual World Cup ranges was an invaluable experience.

A massive thank you to ISSF Technical Delegate Mr. Gerardo Trotta and Competition Manager Mr. Ralf Horneber for delivering the absolute highlight of our day. Their insights on navigating high-stakes scenarios and maintaining smooth, seamless cooperation between all officials on the range were invaluable.
We concluded the day by experiencing the official World Cup Technical Meeting firsthand, which made the entire framework come alive. We are now halfway through the live phase, stay tuned for Day 3!

Today marks Day 1 of the live phase for the ISSF Academy Competition Manager Course at the historic Munich Shooting Range.

Today was all about breaking the ice, connecting face-to-face with fellow sports administrators from across the globe, and diving straight into our practical working groups. Guided by our instructors Vesa Nissinen and Melis Giraud, we spent the afternoon analyzing real-time setups at the venue to see world-class competition management in action.
The week is off to an incredible start!
