📍 KILPAILUTOIMISTO JA NUMEROIDEN NOUTO

Kilpailutoimisto sijaitsee Eläintarhan urheilukentällä ja palvelee kisapäivänä klo 14–16.

Kilpailutoimistosta voit:

– Noutaa oman tai ystäväsi kilpailunumeron
– Jälki-ilmoittautua tapahtumaan

Saat oman kilpailunumerosi sähköpostitse ennen kilpailutoimiston avautumista. Esitä viesti numeroa noutaessasi. Jos viestiä ei tule, saat numerosi myös nimelläsi.

Noudathan numerosi hyvissä ajoin ennen omaa lähtöäsi ruuhkien välttämiseksi!

💳 Huomioithan, että tapahtumassa ei oteta vastaan käteistä myöskään jälki-ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä.

🎒 VARUSTESÄILYTYS

Maksuton varustesäilytys sijaitsee lähtö- ja maalialueen läheisyydessä Eläintarhan urheilukentällä. Säilytys on avoinna klo 15–19.30.

Varusteet luovutetaan takaisin kilpailunumeroa vastaan, joten pidäthän numerosi tallessa juoksun jälkeen.

🚻 WC:T JA PUKUHUONEET

WC:t ja pukuhuoneet ovat osallistujien käytössä Eläintarhan urheilukentällä.

⏱ AJANOTTO

Ajanotto tapahtuu elektronisesti. Kiinnitä kilpailunumerosi juoksuasun etupuolelle rintaan ja pidä se näkyvissä koko juoksun ajan. Jalkaan tai selkään kiinnitetty kilpailunumero ei takaa aikaa suorituksestasi.

🏁 SUORITUSAIKA JA KESKEYTTÄMINEN

Puolimaratonin enimmäissuoritusaika on kolme tuntia.

Jos joudut keskeyttämään, ilmoita siitä reitinvalvojalle tai muulle tapahtumaorganisaation jäsenelle. Älä tule keskeyttämisen jälkeen kilpailunumero rinnassa maaliportin välittömään läheisyyteen.

🔄 OSALLISTUMISEN SIIRTÄMINEN

Osallistumisen voi siirtää toiselle henkilölle 4.9.2026 mennessä 10 euron siirtomaksua vastaan. Liikuntaedulla maksettua osallistumista ei voi siirtää toiselle henkilölle.

Siirtoturvan ostaneet voivat siirtää osallistumisensa vuoden 2027 Kaisaniemen Juoksuun tai toiseen Runner’s High -tapahtumaan 11.9.2026 mennessä.

The Kaisaniemi Run will take place on Saturday, 12 September 2026! Here is everything you need to know for race day. ❤️

⏰ START TIMES

4:30 PM – Half Marathon
4:45 PM – 5K

📍 RACE OFFICE AND BIB PICK-UP

The race office is located at the Eläintarha Sports Field and will be open on race day from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

At the race office, you can:

– Pick up your own or a friend’s race bib
– Register for the event on the day

You will receive your race number by email before the race office opens. Please show this message when collecting your bib. If you do not receive the email, you can also collect your bib by providing your name.

Please collect your bib well before your start time to avoid queues!

💳 Please note that cash payments are not accepted, including for on-site registrations.

🎒 BAG DROP

A free bag drop is available near the start and finish area at the Eläintarha Sports Field. It will be open from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

You will need to show your race bib to collect your belongings, so please keep it safe after finishing.

🚻 TOILETS AND CHANGING ROOMS

Toilets and changing rooms are available for participants at the Eläintarha Sports Field.

⏱ TIMING

Electronic timing will be used. Please attach your race bib to the front of your running outfit and keep it clearly visible throughout the race. A bib attached to your leg or back may prevent your result from being recorded.

🏁 TIME LIMIT AND DROPPING OUT

The time limit for the half marathon is three hours.

If you need to drop out, please inform a course marshal or another member of the event staff. After dropping out, please do not approach the immediate finish-line area while wearing your race bib.

🗺 ROUTE AND DRINK STATIONS

The 2026 route and further information about the drink stations will be published closer to the event!

🚆 ARRIVAL

We recommend arriving by public transport. Check the latest routes and timetables using the HSL Journey Planner.

🔄 TRANSFERRING YOUR ENTRY

You can transfer your entry to another person by 4 September 2026 for a €10 transfer fee. Entries paid for using employee exercise benefits cannot be transferred to another person.

Participants who purchased transfer protection can transfer their entry to the 2027 Kaisaniemi Run or another Runner’s High event by 11 September 2026.

You do not need to notify us if you are unable to participate. Entry fees are non-refundable.
