Welcome to Seychelles Kickboxing + Free Fight Federation. We train kickboxing + Free Fight for Fitness, Hobby or Competition. Our training is twice a week Tuesdays , Thursdays and Saturdays. we are working for more hours in the months to come. Saturdays : -Open Matt Sparring ( Bring your own personal safety equipment )
