You asked, and it’s finally here: Mini + Mama 🤍
A gentle 4-week postnatal yoga course created to help you reconnect with your body after birth, rebuild strength from within, and find small moments of calm in the beautiful chaos of early motherhood.
Over four weekly classes, we’ll move mindfully, strengthen the deep core and pelvic floor, and create space to breathe, rest, and simply be. This course was created to support your recovery—not to rush it.
Your baby will stay by your side. Feed them, cuddle them, or pause whenever you need to. The classes are designed for real life with a little one.
This course is especially suited for mothers with babies around 3–10 months old, when your body is still healing and you’re settling into a new rhythm of life.
Come as you are. We’ll take it one breath, one movement, and one week at a time. 🤍

Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra & Hypnosis
Join us for a deeply restorative afternoon designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
This unique experience combines the healing practices of Yoga Nidra, beginner-friendly hypnosis, and a soothing sound bath. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that has been practiced for centuries to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support restful sleep.
During this session, you’ll be gently guided through a therapeutic hypnosis and Yoga Nidra journey, inviting you to let go of what no longer serves you and create space for greater clarity, peace, and lightness.
No previous experience with Yoga Nidra or hypnosis is needed—simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.
Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply restored.

We are welcoming two new faces this summer – meet Priya and Alaura! 🤍
Priya will be with us on Tuesdays during the end of June and beginning of July while our lovely Alina enjoys her well-deserved summer vacation.
Priya is a Certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Instructor with a deep passion for movement, strength, and overall wellness. Pilates transformed her own life, and she is dedicated to helping others build sustainable habits, improve mobility and posture, and feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. Her approach is supportive, motivating, and results-driven, with a strong focus on mindful, functional movement.
Alaura, a recreational ballerina, will be covering Alina’s Body Ballet classes. She will also become a regular face at the studio on Wednesdays, teaching Yoga Flow & Sound and Restorative Yin after our dear Parinaz heads back to California.
With over 800 hours of yoga training, Alaura is certified in Hatha, Therapeutic Yin, Kundalini Rebirthing, and Trauma-Conscious Kundalini, and also holds a certification in Classical Mat Pilates. She specializes in mobility and body connection, often weaving in the grace and stability of her ballet background into her teaching.
We’re so excited to have them both as part of the studio this summer!

These Wednesday classes are open to everyone, whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years. The focus is on gentle movement, fresh air, and a welcoming community.
