Master Ricardo de la Riva has graduated Delcio Pereira to 6th degree Black belt in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This took place in the academys annual graduation ceremony for the team. We want to congratulate Delcio on this recognition of his work and dedication in martial arts. 🔴🥋

15.12.2024 we held a small gathering with the rebels before the end of the season. We had a nice training session with some techniques and rolling, but what made the evening extra special was some waited and deserved graduations and promotions for students of our team.

For the first time as a 8th degree red and white coral belt Master Ricardo de la Riva gave a seminar on 9th of Nov. in Finland.

Hello Rebels!

We are moving. We will merge with Dragon Jiu-Jitsu in a new location this season. This will be a wonderful new chapter that gives opportunity to connect us to our roots.

There will be information about our new headquarters as the construction of the dojo develops. The whole building is undergoing a renovation and we will have brand new state of the art facilities. So sorry for this delay. You can be sure that we will post the update asap!

During this time-off we recommend to already start doing the training with Juha in Savate Club Sörnäinen. Please do stay active and continue activities which we can agree on in the WhatsApp group as usual.

Hello rebels!

Master Ricardo de la Riva visited Finland last weekend and as always it was a great experience for everyone who had the chance to be there.

We know many of you have holiday plans. It truly is the best time of the year when you look outside and up from your screen. The gym in Herttoniemi stays open during the summer of course and we are training as always.

Summer schedule for 12.6-7.8.2023

Jiu-jitsu classes on weekdays
Mon-Thu 5pm

Morning classes, lunch sessions, weekend training and outdoor activities as discussed in the gym. Please ask to be added to the summer training Whatsapp group to stay connected and active with the team.

Like mentioned above, training as usual, new students, beginners and visitors are always welcome. Just notice all activity is not marked in the calendar during summer months.

Is this the right or the wrong way? Either way, it is a way, but what's important is there's a way for you!
Come as you are with the body and mind that you have, we'll start and continue from there! Our school has long been developing methods of teaching and ways of learning tailored for both individual growth and group training. In our aim to
help deepen the practice and knowledge of students -- beginners and advanced practitioners alike -- our group classes have been carefully considered and well thought of where students are all equal and as important. We have a great group waiting for you to join and train with us.

Fall Season '22 Graduation

Spring season starts then on the 9th of January. Only one class per day on weekdays during the break, *excluding public holidays when the gym is closed.

Holiday schedule: 16.12-9.1 only one class per day at 5pm on weekdays.
