Yesterday, we had our first opportunity to really test Fantazija under saddle and see what she is capable of.

She showed us that she is very calm, attentive, and willing to listen to her rider. She responds easily to the rider’s aids and is happy to follow instructions without unnecessary tension.

But perhaps the most beautiful thing about Fantazija is that she seems to be the kind of horse who opens up through love, patience, and trust. 🤍

With her, you don’t want to force anything. The more kindness, understanding, and attention you give her, the more she gives back.

And this was only our first experience working with her.
We already have a feeling that there is so much more to discover in this lovely mare. ✨

Today, a new resident arrived at our riding club — a beautiful 6-year-old mare.

And what have we noticed about her already? She is calm, confident, and not spooky at all. It feels like we’re off to a wonderful start! 🐴

And her looks… absolutely unforgettable.
Black “socks” on her legs, a head that looks like it has been dipped in milk chocolate 🍫, and a gorgeous coat that shimmers beautifully in the light. ✨

We got caught in a little rain today. 🐴🤎
The air is already starting to smell like autumn, even though we’re not quite ready to say goodbye to summer yet. 🍂

🐴 Almost two weeks of summer camp for our horses… and time is flying!

Lirin, Lara and Quiqs have been enjoying their little “horse camp” in Tuusula — plenty of fresh air, outdoor time, swimming and, of course, lots of good food and relaxation. 🌿☀️

And Lirin decided to take the meaning of “summer holiday” very seriously. 😂

A little while ago, she strained her leg, so we immediately gave her a complete break from all ridden work. No training, no jumping — just rest, walks, food, sunshine and plenty of time to recover.

Today, our vet came to check on her again and gave us the green light to gradually increase her walking. She can also start walking with a saddle again. 👍

Everything is progressing well, and we are very happy with her recovery. ❤️

Sometimes being a responsible horse owner means knowing when to stop, give a horse time, and let the body recover properly. For us, the most important thing is always the horse’s wellbeing.
