CrossFit Kids will continue this Winter/Spring and the schedule will be the following:

10-11am Sundays 🗓️

Price is €120 per child for the block of sessions.
Sibling discount 2 children for €200.

Join this year’s first NECF Afternoon Academics: ”How to get even more healthy and train injury-free with Crossfit” 📚

📆 When? Sat January 17th, 14-16:30, at the Box.

❓What? Antti Mauno, Dr GP; Miia Korhonen; Physiotherapist and Coach, Vera Kurtén, Excersise Physiologist, will give insights into training, balancing with recovery and other health aspects.
