Have you registered for The Inner Path yet? đŸ’«
The first session is PE 26.9. at 💖

In these gatherings, we’ll use tools such as crystals, visualizations, and other modalities to experience the reliable voice of inner wisdom, love and calm within us.

This guiding source is also an expression of the person we most truly are and have a deep longing to grow into, and this shows up differently for each of us.

This voice waits to be invited. You have to make the first move to connect with it, mainly in moments of stillness so that you can discern and hear her voice.

So, sitting quietly with a crystal, moving to music, writing, etc., are ways to listen, watch, and sense as the answers flow through
.

During our gatherings,
‱ We will talk about how to recognize when you’re hearing that voice, and when you are hearing something else.
‱ You will deepen your relationship with your inner voice
‱ understand more what it is showing you about your authentic self
‱ You’ll draw on it as a compass and a source of grounding more and more.

Hope to see you there! đŸ©·

✹ Last night’s lunar eclipse was pure magic — the sun, moon, and earth in perfect alignment. Did you see it?

Eclipses are cosmic turning points, and this one invites us into a dance between Pisces and Virgo. đŸŒ™â™“ïžâ™ïž Pisces pulls us toward surrender, compassion, and boundless imagination, while Virgo grounds us in clarity, order, and precision.

This eclipse energy asks us to bridge the space between fantasy and reality — to create stability without dimming creativity, and to honor responsibilities while leaving room for mystery.

Wellness, after all, is both practical and mystical, grounded and transcendent. đŸ’«

Abundance is a mindset. Change is a fact of life.

Going with the flow is responding to cues from the universe. When you go with the flow, you’re surfing life force. It’s about wakeful trust and total collaboration with what’s showing up for you. — Danielle LaPorte

Your sacred space is where you can find yourself over and over again. ~ Joseph Campbell

So much power in the ritual of coming to your mat for an intentional reset, an hour of self-care.

What other rituals help you ”find yourself”?
