Vaikka Oulun kaupunki - City of Oulu and Oulu2026 - European Capital of Culture 2026 vakuuttivat meille, että voimme käyttää tänään tavallista lähtö- ja maalialuettamme Pokkisen puistossa, rakennustyöt estävät edelleen pääsyn alueelle.

Tänään parkrunin lähtö ja maali ovat siis väliaikaisessa paikassa Linnansaaressa. Tulkaa suoraan sinne!

Despite the city of Oulu and Oulu2026 reassuring us that we'd be able to use our normal start/finish area at Pokkinen park today, construction activity is still preventing us from accessing the area. Please come to the temporary place at Linnansaari.

Pokkinen Parkrun welcomes EVERYONE. Walkers, runners, joggers, children, dogs, buggies! Join us this coming Saturday at 9.30am for 5k, however fast or slow you’d like.

As always, coffee afterwards too….
