We'll stay by Lake Inari, where the August daytime temperatures are typically ideal for hiking, paddling, wild swimming, foraging, and simply enjoying long days outdoors.
It's also one of the best times of the year to gather nature's gifts. Cloudberries, blueberries, lingonberries, and even mushrooms can be found in the forests surrounding Lake Inari, which, by the way, is one of the cleanest natural environments on Earth.
This all-inclusive Arctic Summer Retreat is an invitation to connect with yourself through nature, simplicity, and a deeper appreciation of the Arctic way of life. Together we'll explore the wilderness, enjoy nourishing local food, experience the quiet luxury of simple Nordic living, and move our bodies in different ways, with yoga available throughout the retreat.

Our all-inclusive summer retreat at Lake Inari is about slowing down through nature connection, simplicity, and a deeper appreciation of the Arctic way of life. We move in nature in many ways, and yoga practice is available too. This retreat is perfect for those seeking something authentic and deeply grounding instead of a polished tourist experience.

Neulat & Nidra - 90 minuutin palauttava hetki, jossa keho ja mieli laskeutuvat kohti levollista olotilaa. Tapahtumassa yhdistyvät lempeät ja vaikuttavat menetelmät:
• NADA-korva-akupunktio, joka tasapainottaa hermostoa viiden korvapisteen kautta
• Syvärentouttava jooganidra, joka vastaanotetaan makuualustalla leväten
Rentoutumista syvennetään äänimaljojen ja koshikellon lempeillä äänillä.
