From Finnish forests to the kilometer-high granite walls of Yosemite.

In the newest chapter of our ”50 Years of Stories” anniversary series, we look back at a major turning point from the 1990s. A collaboration with young climber Mikko Routala took our gear out of the woods and into the world’s most extreme conditions. Real-world feedback from the mountains pushed us to create our most technical collection ever: Grade VII.
