"Indiaca is a sport played by two teams on a playing court divided by a net. A special Indiaca ball is used for playing Indiaca. Indiaca is played with one hand, except when
blocking and defending against an attack hit. The game is very dynamic, emotional and suits well players of different ages and physical
preparedness. The object of the game is for each team to send the Indiaca ball regularly over the net in order to
ground it on the opponent’s court, and to prevent the ball from being grounded on its own court. A
team is entitled to hit the ball three times (in addition to the block contact) to return it to the
opponent‘s court. The ball is put in play with a service: hit by the server over the net to the opponents. The rally
continues until the ball is grounded on the playing court, goes “out” or a team fails to return it
properly. In Indiaca, the team winning a rally scores a point (Rally Point System). When the receiving team wins
