Timetable, racemap & obstacle list!

We are ready, are you? 🔥

05/06/2024

This year we have tried to create our own kind of fast lane!

These rules are ONLY for the elite heat!

If you opt to do the monkey bar here you will complete 8 burpees after finishing the obstacle.
If you opt for the flying anchors you will complete 4 burpees after finishing the obstacle.
If you opt for the gibbons you complete 0 burpees after finishing the obstacle.

This way our elite racers will have to decide if they go safe with the monkey bars but do burpees or if they risk failing the gibbons but don't have to do burpees if they complete the obstacle 😎

Time to set your strategy for saturday! 👊

Another important notice that is a little bit more on the sad note is that there is a big chance that this will be the last year me and Joanna will host EnergyRun.
