Very good Dragon form by my martial brother Paavo. This is one of "special materials" in master Lüs system. It was originally made by Li Ruidong

Clip dump, some stuff that i've been up to for the past weeks. Conditioning with bags, entering training on BOB, Xinyi shapes (chicken, eagle, bear-tiger, Liangba form). Great way to spend the summer.

Slow morning after getting back from Hong Kong. Lovely to be back in the backyard, working gong fu. Today just some internal work to start the day.

Had a wonderful time in Hong Kong training with and . But as usual I didn't remember to film anything for social media. But I did film this massive snail on the way to the park, lovely.

Wondeful summer weekend at the backyard. My martial brother Joona came from Helsinki to show and teach some deeper Taiji skills. I'm blessed to have people around me with these kinds of skill levels.
