Its another weekend at the ymca for our karate family(21/02/26)
And we have a donation of Box of medical kit from one of our karate parents Dr Devina Nand. We wanna thank Dr Devina for a generous donation and thanks to the kids for the effort of training 🥋🥋..

Today we graded 9 of our seniors and despite the intensive training, all were able to move up and gain that new kyu.
Congratulations to all our kas that earned their kyu.

It has been a while since we have posted something.

Monday and Wednesday 4-5.30pm
Saturday 10am - 12.30pm
We welcome all new and continuing kas!!

We had our first inter - Dojo championship last Saturday.
Teams from Nadi and Lautoka joined us and gave our Suva Kas some competition
Looking forward to seeing you all again in August.

Today, we had Sepai Manasa join us and give our Suva Kas a good run.
We welcome him to our Dojo and get to learn as much as we can especially in international competition and understanding rules.

We had the pleasure of Training with Sensei Emosi Cagi from our Nadi Dojo.
Training was a hype where kas were divided into groups of new-kas, upcoming grading kas, seniors of the kas and our elite Black belt kas.
