Generally we are surronded by peopole we loveπŸ’–, we would like not to be with but we have.. however, it looks like this year we are missing them... πŸ₯΄

😡What does it mean?

🀯We might feel overwhelmed with so many conflicting emotions.

This is the best situation to start practicing a simple, yet one of the most powerful practice: stop somewhere, eventually lay down on a bad and INHALE - EXHALE and reapeat!

This time of the year has very nice vibes. 🎈
I have often dream about putting them in a jam jar 🍯 and opening it once in a while during the whole year, smelling and feeeling that coziness πŸ’– whenever we want it.

Let's try to re-wire ourselves to that wormthπŸ₯° everytime we need it, no matter that the date is on the calendar.

When I think back to why I created my courses, it was an evolution really.

πŸ”“I'd been unlocking my levels just doing simple steps that were so clear and simple to me, yet I kept seeing incredible people struggling with small imperfections that represented huge blocks for them and I felt an intense pull to help.

πŸ‘£And, so little by little, I started thinking on how to help them leverage thei imperfections of getting aware of something they were not able to see by themself.

What would you love for to recieve as a gift? 🎁

🎁But, when it comes to gifts, I have to admit that the gift I would love to recieve it the usual Italian breakfast: a capuccino + a brioche πŸ₯, seated somewhere in the center of Milan.

One thing I really struggle with in my business is to value my time, work and myself, but I’ve come to realise after a serve of tough love from my fellows that to help others to achieve their goals I need to step out of my comfort zone! 🀸

Raise your hand if in the early days of your ourney oin sport or career you'd do anything to shortcut the path you had ahad?

πŸ™Œ Yep, that was me!

But I soon realised that trying to shortcut something lead to a feeling of dissatisfation. 🀧

I now know that all the sortcuts I was looking for, were just a way to avoid to make that inside job that made the whole difference.

When you start doing tyour owen inside homework dissatisfaction disappears, results start comin in, saisfaction rises and ultimately we get happier!πŸ˜ƒ
