What a week for Panache Coaching athletes!!!
Lizzie took 2 world tour wins in the space of 5 days despite a proper “get down” in the middle
Ronan took the win in “555” Ultra endurance race with a new course record
Mark took second in the 555 also breaking the previous course record. A stunning performance in his first ever ultra endurance race!

Wow! How happy are we today? Just watched Lizzie take the win in GP Plouay.
After a few set backs recently Lizzie’s hard work, perseverance and determination paid off in bucket loads today.
Through the understanding of the “numbers” and the “sensations” recently plus the expertise of Lizzie’s husband and coach, Philip, Lizzie knew the form was good and 💥 today she proved it.

In a year that has been so tough for everyone it’s a credit to your own hard work and determination that you kept up your training and now have an step chanpinship to your name. Ciara’s performance has topped off an incredible week for Panache Coaching athletes which also included a win for Imogen Cotter in Belgium, a world record from Ronan Mc Laughlin and a win for Darragh O’Mahony in Ireland

Yeehaaa. Darragh O’Mahony took victory yesterday at the Knockaderry Road Race in Co Limerick, Ireland after outgunning a breakaway full of some big names and equally big watts. Congratulations Darragh. Darragh, reigning u23 Irish road race champion put in the hard km during lockdown not know if racing would return or not and this victory is a reward for his hard work.

Congrats to our resident mad man on not only doing an amazing everesting 2 weeks ago to set an Irish record and go 5th fastest in the world but to amazingly come back again for more yesterday and set a new world record by a crazy 23minutes!!!! Chapeau!

Time trials are back and we are so happy to have some events to target we have designed our very own “hi-viz” skinsuit. Combine this with a rear light and increase your visibility on the road. This design was created with visibility in mind and the skinsuit itself has been designed and tested to be one of the fastest suits available. With “strip strips”, specially shaped panels, rear zipper and low cut collarless neck line these skinsuit has left no stone unturned in the search of speed. While we where working on the skinsuit we thought it would be great to have some custom face masks. We love our design and looking forward to having these masks as it becomes evident that face masks are very effective in ensuring everyone’s safety at these times.
