Every Tuesday & Friday 10:30am

Venue: Parc du Casino Luchon

Price: 5 euros

All you need is comfortable exercise shoes, mat or towel and a bottle of water.

The second class 19h00-20h00

Both classes are designed for mixed abilities.

Each class will focus on improving your core, balance, mobility, strength, flexibility and proprioception.
