Fluent in French, he offers personalized coaching experiences including solo, duo, and small group training, as well as full assessments and tailored programs. His expertise also includes 3D body scans, stretching sessions, and aquatraining for a complete and balanced approach.
With a strong background as both a sports coach and lifeguard, Corentin specializes in aquatic activities, functional training, mobility, and overall fitness transformation.
