Dragon winter series in Cannes.
No wind = no racing today.

So we ended up with a podium result as 3rd overall Corinthian team at Régates Royales. We had some very close racing in 20+ knot winds in glorious sunshine. Thanks to my excellent crew Adam Winkelmann & Conor Byrne.

Not enough wind for Dragon racing today in Cannes.

We arrived at Yacht Club de Cannes yesterday in preparation for Régates Royale starting next week.

In good company on the final run of R3 at the Dragon Gold Cup. We finished 19th & 1st Corinthian team in this race.

We had some success as 2nd Corinthian team at the recent La Baule International Dragon event.

A big race win was our highlight this weekend when we finished 6th o/a at a shortened Armistice Cup Regatta in Cannes.

Armistice Cup, one important events of the Dragon winter circuit, took place in Cannes, between November 8th and 10th. Organized by the Yacht Club de Cannes, 22 boats from 10 countries were in competition.

The victory went to “Transbunker” with Yevgeni Braslavets at the helm.

We are back again in Cannes for another winter series, starting with Régates Royales this week. Another week long event but this time in sunny & warm conditions. 🌞🇮🇪☘️😎

We are back home in Dun Laoghaire for the first time this year competing at the Irish National Championships & Int. Dragon Grand Prix. Great to be back at our home Club.
